Description:
Right-clicking the mouse in a row with a popup assigned it doesn't send the
event to the row bridge; cells get the events unless (seemingly) you click on
an internal border
Found in EasyTraderAjax; trying to reproduce it with the basic table the
palette (creating a new table, defining a popup and adding it to one row,
attaching an "onMouseDown") doesn't show the same problem.
