Setting a selected radio button to "true" makes it "false"

Take a radiobutton group, and set the radiobutton that is already selected to
selected via the XML Api. When you query the element, it returns "false" for
the value of selected.
This is because the radiobutton logic tries to deselect the old button and
select the new one, but gets confused because the new one is the same as the
old one.
