There have been a fair number of minor bug fixes and performance
improvements in the last few months. I went on-site with a customer
looking to implement a XAP solution in IE6 and it was very instructive,
poor performance in some specific areas and a few memory/stability
issues.
Now that those issues have been addressed it seems like a good time to
do another release. There have not been many feature changes or
additions but the overall platform should function a lot better,
especially in slower environments.

Sound reasonable?
