Applications can't be larger than browser window

Open any widget component test in a small window. Now, enlarge the window. The
component test remains the original size of the window
This is especially problematic when you want a tall application. It isn't
possible to make the browser window large enough to hand it, and there aren't
any scrollbars to see the bottom of the application
