1.      I ran ARAT. Every file that does not belong to google, dojo,
jsunit, or another 3rd party project has an up-to-date license
2.      I did an image audit. All of our images are our own and are OK
for use
3.      I've attached a list of bugs we've fixed since our first
release. This also includes a new test we've made and the various
improvements that have been implemented over time.
4.      I've been testing XAP in its current state as a potential
release candidate. Right now, it looks better than it has at any
previous time. The performance improvements make it especially appealing
and I look forward to seeing 0.5-INCUBATOR being released.
