I dropped the "samples" folder from 0.5.0 under webapps/ROOT on a default installation of Tomcat 5.5.26 and <http://localhost:8080/samples/> seems to run just fine.
I tried the same with "dist", but http://localhost:8080/dist/ajax-index.html does not render for me under either FireFox 2.0 or IE7 (XP). Is this a known issue with Tomcat, or am I doing something wrong? The page shows up under view source, but the page renders blank. I'll annex the HTML that's returned.
