In a table, iwhen a row is expanded, if the last subrow doesn't have any of its
own subrows, it will not indnet.
You can see this issue in the table widget component test.
1) Open the table widget component test
2) set textAlign = left for column1
3) click 'add branches' in the smoke tests section
4) expand the added rows until you reach subrow 8, which will not indent.,
unlike all of its parent nodes.
