[Michael Mikhaylov] I am investigating an issue with DataRequest when multi-byte characters are present in the request content. It seems like DataRequest is not setting up the correct HTTP header. The header should be "Content-Type: text/xml;charset=utf-8". I'll post a fix to JIRA shortly.
