Did the bootstrap.sh and ./configure and it still missed grabbing
/usr/include/libgeotiff and putting it into the -I string.
Once I edited. src/Makefile to put it in, got a clean compile.
You should be able to check out config.log to see why it didn't find
it. It's a bit verbose though.
