Curt says he uses arealm.shp, areawater.shp, edges.shp, and tabblock.shp these
all appear in their respective folders such as "tl_2008_29165_tabblock
Folder". So the question begs what about all those other folders do we need
them, can we throw them out to save some space?

How about cousub and cousub00?

Too many to name but some include; bg00, addrfn, etc. can we toss them?
