Hello Steve, For the audio alarms (not festival) you need to set your player to /usr/bin/aplay and verify your a member of the audio group. Also, you may need to download the wave (.wav) files associated with the announcements you would like to use. Between this and the festival setup described below, you should have it good in either case.
