Thanks for your reply. Could you please tell me how to transmit my position? I'll now run callpass to get my passcode.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting any traffic. What > have I missed? Without knowing your call, it's difficult to do much investigating. Here's what could be happening: for the m/500 filter to work, you need to have transmitted a position (otherwise, how could it determine if a station was within 500km of you?). Until you transmit a position, you will get no data with this filter. Also, you need to be "verified" to transmit to the APRS-IS. Did you run callpass to get your passcode? Then enter this passcode when configuring the interface. I usually open View > Incoming Data when troubleshooting interfaces. You may find interesting success or error codes here. Good luck! 73 Tom KD7LXL _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xastir.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xastir _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xastir.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/xastir
