How about a shell script with sleep <seconds> before the command to start xastir

OK some further testing, when I disable the wifi and run it wired LAN it
starts and connects perfectly.

So what I am looking for is a way to tell Fedora12 Linux to start Xastir
approx 1 minute after automatic user login has happened, or else I am going
to have to run a Ethernet cable out to my garage.

Subject: [Xastir] One last problem to solve

OK, thanks to you folks I have solved all of my Xastir install problems
EXCEPT for one.

When I set Xastir to be started at system startup, it fails to connect to
the internet servers as it is trying to connect at the same time the wifi
system is connecting. Tried to set the reconnect flag in interface setup but
it still doesn't try to reconnect.

If I shutdown Xastir and restart it everything work fine.

Is there any way to have Xastir automatically start but waiting 1 minute
before it starts so as to give the Linux system time to get the wifi
connected?

By the way I am running Fedroa12 Linux with Gnome desktop.
