For what it may be worth.... Used "preupgrade" to upgrade 2 laptops and a PC to Fedora 13 from 12.
Did a "make distclean", followed by a CVS update, ./bootstrap.sh, etc to build fresh and it all looks good!
I'll be doing a 'clean' install likely this weekend. Wiki updates after - unless someone beats me to it <g>.
