Note: It's a 2-line file, the first line is "WMSSERVER", the second
starts with URL and a space.
It's being awfully persnickety in Xastir though. I don't know
whether it's our code or the WMS server, but depending on the zoom
level or where you pan the maps come and go. Quite annoying.
i'm only getting: Magick: Improper image header
(/home/kgb/.xastir/map_cache/map_1276633908.png).
But zooming out to 200Km i get the whole country.
I also tried all the formats even the map for europe and same "result".
