Yes. See the list discussions for the last month or so.
Tigermaps are gone permanently.
OpenStreetMaps are now the way to go. Try starting from
"./bootstrap.sh" and then "configure" and the rest, then when you
get it all installed and running, reindex new maps (Map->Configure).
