Your best bet will be either aprsd (has a couple of known bugs, but
mostly functional), or running JavAprsSrvr.

Look for the javaprssrvr group on Yahoo, join, and work with Pete, AE5PL to get running. It's straightforward and reliable. I run several instances, like First.aprs.net and the dedicated CWOP servers...
