[Xastir] RAC Database Download

I just noticed today that the update script for the RAC and FCC database 
is only working for the FCC database.  The last successful RAC database 
download was on 24 Oct 2011.  For the RAC database download I get 
the message: "403 Forbidden".  The update script is set to go to :
"http://205.236.99.41/%7Eindicatif/download/amateur.zip";.  Has this 
changed or is the RAC Database no longer available?
