Thanks to John Ronan and Tom Russo for the raw info. I did a URL tweak to the
part of Makefile.am that creates the OSM_tiled_cycle.geo file and the topo maps
are working again.
cvs update
./bootstrap.sh
./configure # (./configure.suse in my case)
make
sudo make install
To get/install the latest.
