Just looked through the mailing list archives and found a post that states that the ADS-WX unit sends data in the same format as the Ultimeter 2000 in data logging mode, and that all one needs to do is tell Xastir it's got a serial WX station attached --- Xastir detects the unit as an Ultimeter 2000 from the format of data it receives. Some of the data the Ultimeter sends is not sent by the ADS unit, but none of the data you need for a valid APRS WX report is missing. -- Tom Russo KM5VY SAR502 DM64ux http://www.swcp.com/~russo/ Tijeras, NM QRPL#1592 K2#398 SOC#236 http://kevan.org/brain.cgi?DDTNM "And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway?
