Considering that 1.99, 2.0.1, and 2.0.3 are very OLD, could they be
moved out of this Development area to either an Old/ directory or
outright REMOVED so this README really stands out?

Yea, I'm fine with that. I was thinking about resuming the snapshots
but on a less frequent basis than before. I won't get to that for a
