The APRS-IS is not a suitable network for diagnosing or investigating RF
performance. There is no way, due to the built-in dupe suppression,
that you will ever see "which digis my station reaches" via the APRS-IS
or aprs.fi. The first packet that gets gated will be the only one you
ever see, just like it is with your directly gated packet today. Digis
that are further afield will never stand a chance of being "first" and
therefore will never show up in the filtered APRS-IS stream.

Is there a way to exclude stations from the internet gateway? If not, is there
a way to delay my station from being gated for 10 seconds? I am trying to
gauge RF conditions by looking at the raw gated packets and seeing which digis
my station reaches. At present, Xastir gates them immediately so I cannot see
this data since duplicate data is not shown on the aprs.fi RAW gated packets.
