Thanks to Lee, K5DAT, who did the heavy lifting and testing of the new data 
sources, I have committed changes in CVS to support two new map sources now 
that we have deleted so many non-functional ones.

"OSM_tiled_mapquest" is the mapquest rendering of OSM data.

"OSM_tiled_mapquest-aerial" is aerial photography of about the resolution
that terraserver used to provide.  That is, relatively low-res, about a meter 
per pixel.  Not Google Earth quality, but then, also not encumbered by Google 
Earth's terms of use, and perfectly adequate for APRS use.

This now gives us five working on-line sources, although "OSM_tiled_cycle" still
doesn't work for me even though many here have said it works for them.  All of
those that users have communicated to me as non-functional have been removed.
