I track GDAL's repository and have the bleeding edge on my system for other purposes. Xastir always builds fine against it. That's probably because Xastir barely uses GDAL and as long as the API doesn't change all's good. Unless you need GDAL for something else, there is hardly any point to linking it into Xastir. The only thing Xastir does with it is handle some very obscure vector formats (and because that code doesn't use dbfawk, you have to hand-hack the source code to get those to display nicely). -- Tom Russo KM5VY SAR502 DM64ux http://www.swcp.com/~russo/ Tijeras, NM QRPL#1592 K2#398 SOC#236 http://kevan.org/brain.cgi?DDTNM echo "prpv_a'rfg_cnf_har_cvcr" | sed -e 's/_/ /g' | tr [a-m][n-z] [n-z][a-m] _______________________________________________ Xastir mailing list [email protected] http://xastir.org/mailman/listinfo/xastir
