[Xastir] OSM Maps

 When I installed aprsdroid on my tablet there was a version that could use 
offline OSM maps and that's what I installed. I was wondering if the same map 
file could be used in xastir. It is around 2.4 gig in size but I don't know 
what format it is. The aprsdroid website has been down for awhile now so I 
can't do any checking to see what is said about it. If I remember correctly it 
is of the entire US of A.
