Curt, We may need to talk. I currently host the state section and local club sites on my hardware at the house. I've a deal with our local ISP that includes doing such things and they're cool with it. supposedly a 10M uplink - usually measures around 8 or so.
Not an ideal solution - but if all else fails - and the price is right.
