I had changed it so the comment didn't start with a number. didn't make
any difference. I just added the space, also no change. Here's the
direwolf (v1.5 now) output:

Did you try adding a space at the start of your comment yet? You've
got the "73" part of your comment butting up against the PHG numbers,
so it probably thinks the PHG is invalid.
