Yep. Should be permanent. They went away while I was recuperating from some broken bones last summer and I didn't notice. When it was pointed out to me some months later I couldn't find any feeds, now I have four. I just found out the feeds go in a round-robin fashion and don't all pull at once so I'm going to enable all four tonight.
I'm toying with the idea of erecting a similar setup on a geographically remote VM from the first: Both could feed APRS-IS and Firenet at once. Redundancy. I haven't asked for permission to hand another server off the feeds yet but the data I'm pulling is low-bandwidth so chances are good if I ask nicely.
