There are a few things that need to be cleaned up.
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/geronimo/xbean/tags/xbean-3.3/xbean-reflect/pom.xml
is missing a source file header.
We should update the copyright year in NOTICE.txt file. Also, the
NOTICE file is missing a Spring attribution since xbean source
includes spring-beans.xsd
