I reordered the contents of the cs:info section of all CSL styles for
consistency.

The used order is:

##10 category citation-format
##11 category field

##13 eissn
##14 issnl
##15 summary
##16 published
##17 updated
##18 rights
##19 end-comment

I didn't check all styles by eye, so if anybody spots something weird,
let me know.
