I like it too. It is easy to read, and allows for a lot of expression. It takes 
into account Bruce's concerns. Finally, the fact that it meets Frank's demands 
means it fulfills the initial needs that prompted the discussion.

I am not sure about 'anynot' and I overlooked that part in the previous 
discussion. If it's supposed to be a 'nand', then 'nand' is a better word for 
it.
