Like I mentioned in irc someone is going to need to upload a newer compiled
version for win32 to replace
https://xbmc.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/xbmc/trunk/tools/TexturePacker/TexturePacker.exe
because its now invalid and out of date since unlike linux its not
build as
you go on win32

I'd do it myself but every time I have tried to compile TexturePacker I
fail miserably (probably because of the includes needed)
