I have to tell you that I am very uncomfortable about adding this in, I can
already hear the cries on the forum.
nevertheless, its in with 3 small changes:
1. licence should be "LICENSE.txt"
2. it should be resources/language/English rather than
resources/language/english
3. version="1.0.0" in addon.xml should be version="1.1.0"
