Yikes, I'm really sorry that I missed this mail.
I would really hate to remove two skins and add a new one. As this
will essentially be "THE" Alaska moving forward, could we just call it
Alaska 2.0 or so?
Either way, skin stuff is on hold due to the skin switching bug. See

No worries, I gathered as much when I asked if skins were on hold.
I did want it to call it just 'Alaska' as it's taken ideas and views from that
one but thought that might be a bit too confusing for
'non-forum' end-users so 'Alaska 2.0' sounds a good compromise.
I was also unsure as to whether you'd want a third iteration of Alaska on the
repo, hence my removal request, but if you want them to stay I can simply
update
the disclaimer to reflect the fact that they wont be receiving any updates and
'Alaska 2.0' is their successor.
