Recently Vimeo made a number of changes to both their back end api and the
website that broke a number of things in the plugin, as such here's a
bug-fixing release to alleviate those issues.

- Fixed issue where listing groups would fail if every group didnt have a
logo
- Fixed a minor issue where special html chars would appear incorrectly in
the title during playback
