At the moment I will only have one script that uses both these modules... My
cdART Mananger script. They do have a potential to be used in new scripts,
for instance, an Music ID tag editor, A music Library editior...
I could have included them in the script, though I though this was the proper
way of submitting them, since I am not the author of either of these modules.

I dont see any scripts using these modules yet, have you got anything planed
for them?
is it only one script or will there be more? having them as modules only makes
sense if more than one script uses it.
