well, i dunno what to say. it shows in my dharma client, it is
available in the <a
href="http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/dharma/addons.xml";>repo
definitions</a> and it's zipped up as <a
href="http://mirrors.xbmc.org/addons/dharma/plugin.video.brt/";>exepcted</a>.

my only educated guess is that you're not in fact running a dharma
install, but rather a nightly build.
