should be mentioned in both places.

I don't suppose anyone has a pre-validation script that automates checking 
things like this?  I see as a goal it doing things like verifying the remote 
repo has the revision, the  revision is a newer version in addon.xml than 
what's in the repo, validating the mistakes that I made (changelog.txt), 
<broken/> tag (which I copied from an example), etc.  If not, I'll look at it.
