Changes:
* Code re-factoring - split the code into several files; separated the two
backends (sqlite and non-sqlite versions). The non-sqlite will probably be
dropped off in Frodo.
* Added database upgrade path - useful for future versions which will be
able to upgrade the database while keeping its content
* Added 'Recently listened stations' menu - lists last 20 stations one have
listened to
* Added 'Favourites' menu - stores 'bookmarks' to one's favourite stations
* Added 'Settings' menu - allows enabling/disabling the 'Add to favourites'
entry for stations; if enabled, this setting will display a submenu for
each station with 'Add to favourites' and 'Play" entries; to keep behaviour
consistent with previous versions, it is off by default (and a help message
is displayed when 'Favourites' are selected in the main menu).
