Added a lot of new features. Major ones include updating a specific video
path on a separate timer and adding support for cleaning the music/video
libraries. Minor fixes including standardizing on the interval timers so it
can use a cron expression and delaying a scan immediately following
playback. README and Changelog.txt include a more comprehensive list.
