General Question, this source (servus tv) is Austrian so its content is in
German. What about the language tag?
a) "de" (because language is German)
b) "at" (because source is Austrian)
c) "de|at|ch|..." (because all these locales are speaking German)
So the basic question is: Do users with xbmc locale set to Austria or Swiss
(or...) see addons with language tag set to "de" and filtering is enabled?
