I just updated script.module.xbmcswift2 version to 1.3.0 in addon.xml
and pushed it to the repo (eden and frodo).
This is to avoid "dependencies not met" problem.
Some plugins started to refer to 1.3.0 but 1.3 < 1.3.0.

As requested by Martijn, use x.x.x version number next time (> 1.3.0)
