with git, it's not possible to push an empty folder to the repo,
they are simple discarded when you try to do so.
since you obviously need this folder, just drop in a single file

to a language file, as there are no other translations available
anyway. i'll let it slip for that reason ;-)

Thanks for that mate, how does rev 741 go for satisfying the empty
directory problem? Unless there is any other problems, I would be
happy with you pushing the button on what is currently there.

i've fixed these locally, but make sure you set your texteditor to save
with unix EOL instead of windows.
