I think its a service too. I am not sure about this definition, but this
plugin listens in background for player events, collects them, asks the
user for his rating and uploads this data to synopsi.tv service, into the
user's account, Also the library is uploaded to user's synopsi.tv account,
where he can later manage his libraries (if using more devices; using
web-interface) etc. This service is similar to what Trakt.tv does - and
it's also listed there.
