I upped this addon. The important data is here:

You can easily download them with xbm-langdload tool:

command to use:
Win:
xbmc-langdload.exe xbmc-addons/service.scrobbler.librefm your\local\dir
Linux:
xbmc-langdload xbmc-addons/service.scrobbler.librefm your/local/dir
Please note that for windows you need to have write access to the directory
you are using. Also run the command terminal in admin mode.
After downloading the new PO files you can (and please) delete the old XML
files.
Just FYI. I corrected a syntax problem in the addon.xml file. At least it
seemed like a problem. Please check it.
