Well the problem is that dev repo is an in between step to official repo
and as stated in the thread we don't want it to become a second "official
repo". So since this is a mod of another skin. In fact most of them start
of as mods of each other but usually become very distinct from each other.

personally i would welcome at least one "mod" of the official confluence in
official repo to give some more options for the power user that still wants
confluence. However atm our own rules state we don't allow this.
Perhaps in the future we will allow one with the very clear name
distinction that it is not the offcial skin but a modification of it to not
confuse users.
Problem also is that if we would allow it would open doors for mods of
other skins as well in that case and having a repo full of mods is not
something we really want.
First we will need some Team discussion on what direction we will go with
this
