addon.xml (case sensitive issue):
defaultthemename="textures.xbt" -> defaultthemename="Textures.xbt"
MyVideoNav.xml
Undefined Vars: InfoList.NoPlotVar
another case sensitive issue:
rename DialogSeekbar.xml to DialogSeekBar.xml
