First release of the new 6.0.x code from Next Aired's new maintainer

The script seems to be only on on the frodo branch in xbmc-addons, but
since the same version works on both frodo and gotham I assume that
you don't need a separate commit on the gotham branch.

thanx for the update, looks pretty solid to me :-)
two things that need some attention:
- if possible, replace the print statements in country_lookup.py with
xbmc.log()
- remove the 'Confluence only' bits in script-NextAired-TVGuide.xml
Confluence includes it's own custom version of the next aired window, so
it won't use the one included in the addon.
furthermore, it'll lead the errors in the log (undefined include) for
everyone not using Confluence.
