sorry, there are some issues which need to be addressed:
- Missing language tag
- Missing license tag
- Invalid string ID range (scripts need to have 32xxx)
And these issues are optional but recommended:
- Missing optional forum tag
- Missing optional website tag
- Missing optional source tag
- Missing optional email tag
- weather.ozweather/default.py: print statement should be replaced with
xbmc.log()
- weather.ozweather/resources/lib/b808common/b808common.py: print statement
should be replaced with xbmc.log()

More robust handling of the ABC weather URLs. Apparently they’ve started to
use multiple servers.
