for plugins the chance of breakage is slim to none.
only scripts could be affected. so might as well put it in Frodo (which
will auto enable it for Gotham).
so will push to Frodo and we'll see what happens ;)
Should be available in couple of hours.
About the other plugin(s). Should you want to break support you may do so
by adding a <broken> tag in addons.xml
